The thick clinging liquid has the power to dissolve limescale that ordinary toilet cleaners and bleaches can not remove. Zeus' powerful formula removes limescale build-up leaving toilets shiny clean. DIRECTIONS: Apply generously under the rim and around the bowl. Leave for 30 seconds. Scrub with a toilet brush. Flush the toilet. NOTE: For limescale below the water level, pour a generous amount of Zeus into the toilet bowl, scrub the limescale then leave for 5 minutes. Scrub again, then flush. Important: Wear rubber gloves. Check on an inconspicuous area first for effect. Kettle Exterior & Removal of Scale: Apply undiluted descaler direct to stained area only, leave for 15 minutes, rub off and rinse thoroughly. (See Cautions) Heavily Scaled Kettles: Pour 200ml (approximately 1 capful) of descaler into kettle top-up with tap water to rim. Stir and leave overnight or for approximately 8 hours. Empty and rinse twice. Fill kettle with tap water to maximum mark, boil and empty. Repeat boil procedure twice. The kettle is now ready to use. Lightly Scaled Kettles: Pour 100ml (approximately 1/2 capful) of descaler into kettle and follow instructions for heavily scaled kettles. Rapid Descaling for Kettles: Half fill kettle with water and boil; disconnect from power supply. Leave for 60 seconds then slowly add 200ml (1 capful) of descaler. Allow effervescence to subside. If scale is not completely removed, reheat only until effervescence reappears. DO NOT BOIL. Switch off and allow to cool. Once descaling is complete empty kettle and rinse twice. Fill kettle with water, boil and empty. Coffee Machines: Pour 100ml (approximately 1/2 capful) of descaler into a jug - add 500ml (approximately 2 capfuls) of water and stir. Add to reservoir and turn on machine for one minute. Switch off. Leave for approximately 8 hours and boil through the liquid. Then boil through the full reservoir twice with fresh tap water and empty. The coffee machine is now ready to use. Steam Irons: Pour 50ml (approximately 1/4 capful) of descaler into jug and add same amount of water - stir, pour into water chamber of cold iron and top-up with tap water. Place iron horizontally (hot plate downwards) in an empty plastic bowl - allow liquid to drain through steam holes for 10-20 minutes by first shaking iron to encourage flow. Rinse thoroughly at least three times to ensure no descaler is left in the water chamber and the hot plate is clean. The iron is now ready for use. Shower heads: Pour 50ml (approximately 1/4 capful) of descaler into a narrow jug - remove shower head and place nozzle end into descaler- top-up with only enough hot water to cover jet holes. Stir and leave for 15-30 minutes. Wash off descaler and rinse out the head thoroughly. The head can now be reconnected to the lead.
